I package every order very carefully, but as these objects are made of fragile glass, damage may occur en route. If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a description/photos of any damages. I will make sure your item is replaced as soon as possible.

Allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and delivery, some producs I make by order. Shipping in Niagara is done by myself, as a way to reduce packaging. You may be contacted for further instructions if you are located in an apartment building.  If you'd rather pick up, leave me a message in the comment box and I will reach out with more information.
