The Commission Process
How it works — from your idea to a one-of-a-kind piece of stained glass
Whether you're restoring a historic home or adding a unique touch to a space you love, I’m honoured to create something meaningful with you. Here’s how the process works:

Fill out the form below with details about your space, style, and vision. The more you share, the better I can understand what you're looking for.

Initial Consultation
Once I receive your form, I’ll review it and follow up within 3–5 business days. If everything looks like a good fit, we’ll book a quick email or video call to talk through your ideas, timeline, and budget.

Design Phase
I’ll create a custom design based on your inspiration, preferences, and the architectural context of your space. You’ll receive a rough sketch or digital mockup for review. One round of design revisions is included.

Fabrication
Once the design is approved and your deposit is received, I’ll begin crafting your piece in-studio using traditional stained glass techniques. Most pieces take 3–6 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and materials.
